Together with VS America, Dina Sorenson from VMDO, Alex Gilliam from Public Workshop, Maria Burke and the team at Arlington Discovery Elementary, USA, we took the 5th Grade students on a journey of discovery. We presented and the participated with them in an in-depth look into the design process and creativity. Over Skype I introduced them to the ins and outs of being a designer and what is "Design". Together with the whole team we helped the students prototype, develop and present their designs. The experience was energising, seeing the kids take the brave steps developing and realising their ideas. The  school is a masterpiece of educational architecture and the staff have developed an amazing learning environment where the students come happily every morning.
